I have nothing but praise for the overall build. Jason Walker gave it a 9/10 for quality and he probably never gives a 10. I would agree, the quality has been exceptional. This has been my first time in this role and yourself, Ash and Troy have made it, for the most, a pleasure, putting aside the stress of it of course. You have been patient with my questions around variations!, changes we have made and my  level of involvement which could have been experienced as “interfering” I expect at times.

I think Ash has been superb in his managing his team and subs and in getting the job finished.

I value your time and wish to build a long-lasting relationship going forward. The service you are providing me is very beneficial and necessary in allowing me to assess the profitability (or not) of different properties under contract.

The NZ Build tradesmen were consistently pleasant and courteous.   Throughout our interactions with them they were reliable and trustworthy,   and were especially responsive to our requests, including enabling us to occupy the partially completed project over the Christmas holidays.

I found the NZ Build team very good to work with. Individual members were helpful, trustworthy   and professional. Communication amongst all parties was generally excellent. Although renovation projects are seldom straightforward,   I am glad to say that in my case NZ Build facilitated a very satisfying result.
